1. general information
The following GTC apply to all contracts, deliveries and other services. Folliamala hereby expressly rejects all deviating provisions of the contractual partners. Deviations from the general terms and conditions shall only be valid if Folliamala agrees to them in writing.

2. conclusion of contract
The offer from Folliamala is non-binding. Minor deviations and technical changes to the images (colour, dimensions etc.) or descriptions displayed in the shop are possible. By clicking on the „Buy“ button at the end of the ordering process, a binding order is placed for the goods in the shopping basket. Folliamala will immediately inform you of the receipt of the order by means of an automated e-mail. This automated e-mail confirms that the purchase contract has been concluded.

3. prices
All prices shown are retail prices in Switzerland. The purchase price is payable in advance by bank transfer upon conclusion of the contract.

4. payment
Each order will only be dispatched with advance payment. Exceptions are direct agreements with Folliamala.

5. shipping costs
We dispatch ordered articles exclusively with A Mail, according to the listed shipping costs. Free delivery within Switzerland.
Please note: When shipping to other countries, customs clearance costs are not included in the shipping costs. Customs duties, taxes and other fees may be incurred for deliveries abroad. These costs are to be borne by the buyer. Folliamala does not assume any customs duties, taxes and other fees. In the event of any customs clearance in the recipient's country, all details must be provided by the recipient.

6. payment in Switzerland
Payment for orders can be made in the following ways: Prepayment (Twint, credit card) or bank transfer to the Folliamala business account.

7. payment from abroad
Payments from abroad are only possible with advance payment.

8. delivery
The goods you have ordered will be dispatched to you as quickly as possible. If delivery is delayed, please be patient. We will inform you in the event of longer waiting times.

9. right of return
A right of return exists only for goods from the shop within 5 days. There is no right of return for jewellery made according to individual wishes and specifications. As the stones are a natural product, there may be slight variations in colour, texture and colour. This does not constitute grounds for complaint. All costs incurred in connection with the return of goods to Folliamala will not be borne by Folliamala.

10 Warranty/liability
If the items ordered from us have serious material or manufacturing defects, please make a complaint immediately upon receipt. 

11. conditions to the contrary
In the event of any conflict between these GTC and any existing terms and conditions of purchase of the Buyer, recourse shall be made to the statutory provisions. Non-contradictory parts of these GTC shall remain unaffected by this.

12. copyright
Changes to these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) are possible at any time. Therefore, the GTC valid at the time of the order apply to all contracts. All images and texts are protected by copyright and may not be used without the consent of Folliamala.

13. place of fulfilment & jurisdiction
The place of fulfilment and jurisdiction for all mutual legal relationships is Zurich/Switzerland.
