Tieni la catena mala pronta nelle tue mani e chiudi gli occhi. Siediti in posizione eretta e rilassata. Lasciate che il respiro scorra.<\/li><li>Inizia a recitare il tuo mantra con la prima perlina dopo quella del guru.<\/li><li>Recita il tuo mantra una volta per perlina, 108 volte in totale, fino a raggiungere l'ultima perlina prima di quella del guru.<\/li><li>Tenere la perlina che si trova tra due dita.<\/li><li>Se \u00e8 giusto per te, collega la tua respirazione con la recitazione e respira dentro e fuori una volta per ogni perlina, a ritmo con il tuo mantra.<\/li><li>Quando hai recitato il mantra 108 volte, puoi mettere gi\u00f9 la catena mala e rimanere in silenzio per un momento e lasciare che la recitazione affondi.<\/li><li>Poi puoi riaprire lentamente gli occhi.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Scegli un mantra che ti sembra giusto per te in questo momento. Gli esempi sono:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><strong>Om:<\/strong> Il suono primordiale, la parola originale, che contiene tutto in s\u00e9.
